Ordering
Order Placement Guidelines:
To place an order, simply add your desired product(s) to your shopping cart by clicking the "Add to Cart" button next to the product description. When you're ready to finalize your purchase, proceed to checkout from your cart and follow the provided instructions. You may choose different frame option like Black, White Wooden, Antique Gold or Wooden Bronz.
Accepted Payment Methods:
We accept major credit cards such as Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and apple pay.
Order Adjustments and Cancellations:
If you need to cancel an order that hasn't been shipped yet, please contact our Customer Support Team with your order number or email us at cs@framer.ae. Unfortunately, we cannot cancel orders that have already been shipped. For inquiries regarding returns or alternative options,
please refer to our returns page or contact us directly via email or whatsapp at +971 42 2184365.
Note that we're unable to modify existing orders by adding items or substituting
components. To make any adjustments, you'll need to cancel your current order
and place a new one.
Order Tracking:
You can conveniently track the status of your order using your order number and email address. Once your art has been shipped, we'll promptly send you a order confirmation email containing a tracking number
