You may return any art purchased on Framer.ae within 14 days of receiving your order for a full refund. We cover all shipping and handling costs for valid returns of products that, at our discretion, are deemed damaged, defective, or otherwise non-conforming upon delivery to you. 

For returns of art that are not deemed defective, damaged, or other wise non-conforming, you will be responsible for all shipping and handling costs. Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used for the art purchase.

Please note that we will not issue refunds for returns received by us after 14 days
from the date of purchase receipt. Returns received outside of this 21-days window
will be considered invalid. If not reclaimed by you within thirty (30) days from the
date of an invalid return, we may, at our discretion, either re-deliver the art at your
sole cost and expense or dispose of the framed art if not reclaimed by you within thirty (30) days from your invalid return.
